Daniel Howes heads our kitchen of highly committed chefs who have trained in some of the most prestigious catering companies, distinguished restaurants and hotels. A member of the stuarts team since 2006, his style of cooking continues to evolve and progress, however his basic beliefs remain the same; the use of highest quality seasonal and where possible local organic produce. This combined with a high level of cooking skill and a strong emphasis on flavour and naturalness is the backbone of his food ethic. The intention being to provide inspired, elegant and harmonious menus, bespoke to each event.
